When we are no longer living in authenticity, we become too reliant on the ego mind to guide us through the physical journey instead of seeking guidance through spiritual wisdom. The only way to learn more about our significance and value in this world, as both human and spirit, is by healing the emotions that keep our painful memories alive and active.It takes deep healing and a spiritual awakening to clear the distorted reality trapped in our minds so we can return to our authentic selves and embrace the physical experience like the miracles we are.
