Gerilyn J. Bielakiewicz (Malden, MA) is the co-founder of the successful dog training school, Canine University, which has been featured on NBC, CBS, and WB affiliates, as well as in print media. With more than seventeen years of experience and extensive knowledge of animal learning theory, she is also a professional member of the Association of Pet Dog Trainers, a member of Therapy Dogs International, and a field instructor for Paws with a Cause, which trains hearing and service dogs.
