The second edition of Incident Management for the Street-Smart Fire Officer provides an overview of the Incident Command System (ICS) with an expanded look at the initial firefighting tactical and strategic considerations. It covers operations at house and routine fires and looks in-depth at the relationship between the Incident Commander and Group/Division officers at routine fires.
