À propos de l'auteur

Phil Jose is a veteran of the Seattle, WA, Fire Department where he is the deputy chief of training. Chief Jose teaches nationally on air management, tactics, decision making, and instructional craftsmanship. He is a corecipient of the 2008 FDIC Tom Brennan Training Achievement Award. He coauthored Air Management for the Fire Service (Fire Engineering, 2008), authored the "Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus" chapter of Fire Engineering's Handbook for Firefighter I and II (2008), the Bread and Butter Operations: SCBA DVD, and numerous articles in fire service publications.
