Synopsis
The author shows that Planck's constant, as well as the most basic fundamental constants of particle physics, can be rigorously defined in terms of very few basic common factors. He then demonstrates that the systematic application of just these few constants provides the interested layperson with a new means to understand and appreciate the overall consistency of CODATA recommendations.
