Donna L Ciangio, OP, a Dominican sister in New Jersey, is a church leadership consultant and has worked previously at Renew International and the National Pastoral Life Center. She has published widely on parish life. Father Thomas B Iwanowski is a Roman Catholic priest who has served in various parishes in New Jersey, and is a former director of the Office of Divine Worship for the Archdiocese of Newark and former adjunct professor of homiletics.
