Richard A. Muller (PhD, Duke University) is professor of historical theology at Calvin Theological Seminary. His other books include Post-Reformation Reformed Dogmatics, The Unaccommodated Calvin, and The Study of Theology.<br /><br />Rev. Dr. Rowland S. Ward (ThD, Australian College of Theology, Sydney) serves as the minister of the Presbyterian Church of Eastern Australia.
