NEW IN PAPERBACK
This is the most important new weaving book Interweave Press has published in almost 20 years. Sharon Alderman, one of the finest weavers in America, has written a a book that teaches you the finer points of weave structure in the same way a personal friend would encourage and inspire you. Clear explanations, wonderful examples, and colour photographs of stunning fabrics introduce you to the fundamental principles of weave structure.
Beyond selecting or modifying a draft, Sharon also helps you make decisions about choosing the fibres and yarns you need to produce endlessly inventive fabrics. This book is destined to become a classic and should be on every weaver's bookshelf.
