electrical engineering at Hochschule Darmstadt. He holds an M.S. in
electrical engineering and a Ph.D. in power electronics and electrical
drives, both from the University of Hannover, Germany.

Ralf Kories is a professor at Hochschule für Telemmunikation. He holds an
M.S. in technology management from the Technical University Deft, The
Netherlands and a Ph.D. in biological physics from the University of Mainz,
Germany.
