À propos de l'auteur

David Sanchez-Hernandez received the Readership from the Technical University of Cartagena, Spain, where is serves as Dean of the School of Telecommunications Engineering. He has written, co-written, and contributed to numerous books and over 40 technical papers, and is also a reviewer of several international journals. Dr. Sanchez-Hernandez earned his Ph.D. in communications systems at King's College London, University of London.
