Juanda R. Bryant is a certified educator with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Her outstanding dedication to her school and students made Juanda the recipient of the following awards: Southeast Texas 40 Under 40 Young Professional, Teacher of the Year (2017-2018) and Common Scents Credit Union Outstanding Educator (2016). In addition to her academic accomplishments, Juanda is also a decorated military veteran who served 12 years in the United States Army as a Transportation Coordinator with combat tours to Iraq and Afghanistan. As part of her role in the military, she operated as a Family Readiness Group Liaison preparing soldiers and families for deployment. In this position, she discovered there was a need for engaging and educating children as it pertained to the deployment of family members. Juanda desires to captivate young audiences through the series of "Mini Adventures of Danny and the Deployer." Her goal is for young children to develop an appreciation for service members and their sacrifices.
