Before following their passion into coaching, both spent over two decades in corporate America, Allan as a consultant in both the human resources and career management industries and Kimberly as a national partner in Big-Four public accounting.

In addition to their coaching practices, they are both keynote speakers and leadership facilitators. They are members of the International Coach Federation and the National Speakers Association.
