Rodger has held a variety of senior titles in over three decades in the financial services industry. He and his family reside in the Washington DC metropolitan area. Rodger stayed with his former employer for better than 30 years, while the name of his firm changed from E.F. Hutton to Shearson Lehman, to Smith Barney and finally to Morgan Stanley.
