Wendy Murphrey is a Technical Support Analyst in the Technical Support Division of SAS Institute, Inc. A SAS user since 2000, she researches and responds to customer questions and problems, writes sample JMP scripting, and performs other customer- and software-supporting tasks. Her primary areas of support include JMP(r) scripting, OLE automation using Visual Basic and C# .NET, ODBC, graphics, installation, and SAS/JMP integration. She received her B.S. in Business Administration from Meredith College in Raleigh, North Carolina. Rosemary Lucas is a Technical Support Analyst in the Technical Support Division of SAS Institute, Inc., providing customer support for JMP software. In addition to helping customers with scripting problems, she also assists them with other issues, including installations, connections to databases, and questions about graphics, data table operations, and the formula editor. For JMP Genomics, she helps customers with installations, import engine issues, and general usage questions. A JMP user since 1999, Lucas received her Master's of Microbial Biotechnology from North Carolina State University.
