Synopsis

Business and IT executives in leading organizations increasingly stand side-by-side to strengthen their company's strategic advantages, capture new digital markets, and realize value from disruptive technologies. Professionals responsible for defining and executing IT strategy are required to act on the digitalization of their company's business model and are continuously pressured to become more agile, innovative, and pro-active. This book introduces the six key principles that will enable business and IT executives, and the practitioners responsible for the digitalization of the firm's business model and strategy in technology-driven companies, to improve the value realization of their investments in information technology.
