Nancy E. Whiting is a freelance technical writer in water/wastewater issues, environmental science, and education. She is the co-author with Frank Spellman of Safety Engineering, 2nd Ed. (GI, 2005) and Environmental Science and Technology, 2nd Ed. (GI, 2006).
