Dr. Payal Mehra currently serves as Associate Professor at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Lucknow, India. She has nearly 18 years of teaching, training, and research experience in the field of business communication and has published extensively in 16 peer-reviewed journals. She has published two book reviews and five book chapters; twelve conference presentations (four international and eight national--all proceedings published); two completed seed money projects; and four working papers. Dr. Mehra has also earned three publication awards at IIM Lucknow, India (2010-2012) for publication in indexed journals.
