She has taught classes ranging from Leadership to Organizational Behavior and has won multiple teaching awards. Kinda serves as the worship leader at The Sanctuary Christian Worship Center in Chelsea, Oklahoma. She also works with organizations such as WINGS (Women Impacting the Nations by God's Spirit) Ministries, where she speaks to teen girls and directs a district-wide women's choir.
