Dash Shaw was born in Los Angeles in 1983 and lives in Brooklyn, NY. His books include Bottomless Bully Button and The Unclothed Man in the 35th Century A.D. He is the writer of an animated feature film, The Ruined Cast and the author of four previous graphic novels including New School (2013) and Doctors.
