Dee is Founding Vice-President of International of the Covey Leadership Center. He has presented to a wide variety of audiences in the United States and throughout the world. Dee deeply believes in people and in their inherent potential. He doesn't have to "build" what is already there. He just helps release it. He has real life experience with a broad range of organizations, from some of the world's largest multinational to some of the smallest start-ups. He has worked and lived all over the world-in Japan, Korea, Taiwan, South East Asia. He has directed training programs in Africa, Latin America, Europe, the Middle East-not only for expatriates, but for local executives too. He enjoys reading, music, traveling, and spending time with his friends and family.
