Temba C. Bassoppo-Moyo, Ph.D. is currently an associate professor of instructional technology and design at Illinois State University with extensive experience in K―16 classroom design, integration and implementation of technology. He also has 10 years of corporate training and administration. His passion is applying instructional technology and design principles in classroom and workplace environments within the framework of eLearning. Over the years, Temba's research has mainly been in computer-based and computer-assisted instruction. He is comfortable with creating hypertext/hypermedia learning environments that are responsive to Blackboard and similar Course Management Systems and also open to collaborative efforts that explore innovations in eLearning and computer-based or computer-assisted instruction. Temba considers himself a 'sucker' for students who are motivated and have exploratory minds.
