Synopsis

Finally, the author introduces a New Federalist Initiative, a democratic directive to impose upon an out of control government intent upon the destruction of the pillars that have stood for so long in this, our beloved Republic. Roy Nolan Shepherd is a self-described American Watchman of Oklahoma, life-long student of presuppositional apologetics, and concerned citizen, who as one from among the many sons and daughters of liberty, has chosen to speak out against the looming destruction of America as that "Shining City on a Hill."
