After presenting evidence for the posttribulational rapture, the author then procedes to describe what that period of time might be like. He explores answers to questions such as the meaning of 666, the nature of the mark of the beast, how it might be possible for the antichrist to rise from the dead, and the kind of technology that might allow a remnant of the world's population to escape from his clutches. The author then presents a plan to strengthen the church in order to prepare it for those end time events. This involves combining the best features of several of the existing movements within conservative Christianity. He also explores the role which government could play in protecting the church in enclaves throughout the world. No Christian should consider himself a serious student of prophecy without first examining the evidence presented in this book for the posttribulational rapture and considering the challenge the author presents to prepare to serve our Lord during that special time.
