She graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in nutrition and dietetics from Montclair State University, and continued on there to complete her dietetic internship. Nicole is currently completing her Master’s degree in Human Nutrition through the University of Alabama while working full time as a critical care dietitian.
