Phyllis R. Richardson is an educator, administrator, minister, author and entrepreneur; but her claim to fame is as a wife, mother and grandmother. Her story is simple; she adores children and has spent over 40 years working with children and families. Phyllis wears many hats and titles, but the title she loves the best is Gigi.
