Micki Havard is a Pilates instructor and wellness coach based in Decatur, Georgia. Her company, MickiPhit, allows her to share her knowledge about fitness and nutrition to help her clients reach their fitness and wellness goals. Micki has earned certification in Pilates from the American Council on Exercise (ACE), the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA), and Power Pilates, and teaches private and group Pilates classes.
