Pat's passion for inspirational stories developed in working her marketing business. After many years of urging from friends and family, and hearing from God that the time has come, she releases for your good pleasure and blessing The Crippled Messenger from the anthology, Stories of the Great Kingdom. In the tradition of C.S. Lewis, J.R.R. Tolkien, and George McDonald, comes a timeless story of courage, adventure, and destiny, The Crippled Messenger. In the Great Kingdom everyone is assigned a destiny to be embraced or shunned. Such was the choice of Matthew of the little village of Patience. Once committed to his destiny, he is faced with countless obstacles. With his determination and the support of family, friends, an old widow, a harlot, a student, a knight, a seer, and most important the Great King, Matthew takes on a seemingly impossible mission, and becomes the most celebrated and honored Royal Messenger in the realm.
