A mong eloquent accounts of Mohammed, that in Mr. Reade sM artyrdom of Man, 14th ed., 260 foil., deserves mention. That by Wellhausen in the introduction toD as A rabische Reich und sein Sturz is masterly in the extreme. Oxford, 1723.
