Synopsis

For his birthday, Pablo receives exactly what he doesn't want: a chair. Disappointed and angry, he locks himself in his room, determined not to sit on his new chair. But he starts to play around with it and, by the end of the day, becomes a chair acrobat. Pablo sets out into the world, performing in amazing places and drawing great crowds. Delphine Perret is the author and illustrator of over a dozen children's books that have been translated into several languages. She has a degree in illustration from the École des Arts décoratifs de Strasbourg and is the cofounder of Le Bocal gallery in Lyon. You can view more of her work at www.chezdelphine.net.
