As the subtitle relates, this book tells more of Berwick historical based stories about the Indians of New Hampshire from the Native-American perspective. The goal of the author's books is to offer an interpretive account of history, specifically from the side we so very seldom hear about, the Native side. As a descendant of both sides (Native Indian & European-American) his goal is not to place blame or say "this should have never happened" since it already has occurred, but to offer a fuller view of America's story through interpretative tales so that long silenced voices can once again be heard. After all, whether you have Native American Indian blood or not, we are all brothers and sisters under the sky. History belongs to all of us.
