Massimiliano Vasile is a Professor in the University of Strathclyde Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering. He was previously a Research Fellow for the Advanced Concepts Team of ESA on new methods for Space Mission Analysis and Design and Trajectory Optimization. He was a Lecturer at Politecnico di Milano and a Senior Lecturer at the University of Glasgow. He is a Member of AIAA, IEEE, the IAF Space Power Committee and AIRO. He holds a Ph.D. in Aerospace Engineering from Politecnico di Milano.

Victor M. Becerra is a Professor of Automatic Control in the School of Systems Engineering at the University of Reading. He was previously a Research Fellow in the Control Engineering Research Centre at City University, London. He is an Associate Editor of the International Journal of Modelling, Identification and Control and co-authored the book Strategies for Feedback Linearisation. He is a Senior Member of the AIAA and IEEE and a Fellow of the IET. He studied electrical engineering at Simon Bolivar University, Venezuela before receiving his Ph.D. in Control Engineering from City University, London.
