Iokibe Kaoru is professor in the Faculty of Law at the University of Tokyo Graduate Schools for Law and Politics. Komiya Kazuo is lecturer at Aoyama Gakuin, Komanazawa, and Senshu universities. Hosoya Yuichi is professor in Keio University's Faculty of Law. Miyagi Taizo is professor in Sophia University's Faculty of Global Studies.
