Brother John of Taizé is a native of Philadelphia who lives at Taizé in France. He is the author of several books (translated into over ten languages), including God of the Unexpected (Mowbray, 1995), Praying the Our Father Today (Pastoral Press/Veritas, 1992), and The Pilgrim God: A Biblical Journey (Pastoral Press, 1985).
