Annunciation House has a 45-year history of welcoming migrants and refugees, providing hospitality to over half a million migrants and refugees since 1978. And it is through the individual human journeys that author Mary Fontana illustrates the complex forces driving global migration. Bringing the history, lives, and story of this Catholic migrant shelter in El Paso, TX, the witness of Annunciation House shown in this book challenges readers to explore the borders in their own lives and hearts.
