Jill D. Rhodes is Vice President and Chief Information Security Officer for Trustmark Companies in Lake Forest, IL. Ms. Rhodes has held various leadership roles within the intelligence community, including the deputy chief of staff for the ODNI and the assistant deputy director of national intelligence for education and training. Vincent I. Polley is chair of the ABA's Standing Committee on CLE and a member of the ABA Journal's editorial board. Mr. Polley was a founding member of the Internet Law & Policy Forum, and is a Life Fellow of the American Bar Foundation, an arbitrator on the AAA's Commercial Panel, and a member of the American Law Institute. A graduate of Harvard College, Mr. Polley received his law degree from the University of Michigan.
