Paul Rosenzweig, of Washington D.C., is the founder of Red Branch Consulting PLLC, a homeland security consulting company and a Senior Adviser to The Chertoff Group. Timothy J. McNulty, of Chicago, IL., is a veteran journalist whose career in national and foreign news coverage includes roles as both a war correspondent and White House correspondent. He is a Lecturer at Northwestern University s Medill School of Journalism. Ellen Shearer, of Washington D.C., is the William F. Thomas Professor in the Medill School of Journalism at Northwestern University and Director of the school s Washington Program. She also is Co-Director of the school s National Security Journalism initiative.
