Synopsis

"He loved her to the moon and back... through time and beyond space." The main character Jessica is seeking liberation. Her initial desire to be free from the social constraints of the late nineteenth century is repeated in the modern world as a need for the release from the confines of her mind. Fernando is the story’s supporting character. From the moment of his birth he is ‘behind the odds’, but is gifted with the necessary courage to face life’s challenges and the inner strength to overcome obstacles. Although happiness seems unobtainable, he maintains the belief that the woman whose memory haunts him actually exists. Other characters of Glass Bottles become affected by startling revelations and find themselves absorbed in the developing circumstances. Identification and transference emerge, and relationship boundaries alternate between vagueness and sharp recollections of connected lives. Gradually fragments become interwoven and the relationships are revealed within an inspiring framework of planetary healing and technological advancement.
