Karen L. Mason; second child, first daughter of her family owned business that has contributed over 40 years to it’s community, and continues to do so by serving yummy sandwiches to guests who have become like family, through the contribution of an intentionally focused team. As a spiritual explorer for as far back as she remembers, she has accepted each challenge life presented her and found the gift it held. It is through coming self aware that she maintains a joyful and holistic approach to leading, living and loving in this life experience. She currently lives in Phoenix and continues to contribute to The Duck; along side her siblings while assisting each team member to find their place of giving and receiving during their time at the Duck. As a team, they are co-creating community that resonates in cooperation, personal growth and joy.
