À propos de l?auteur

Dr. Frank Merritt published post-graduate research at Pepperdine University and got his medical degree at University of Alabama at Birmingham. He is currently a practicing emergency room physician in Florida. In addition, he is board certified in internal medicine. Dr. Merritt is also the founder of VitalityPro, a unique, interdisciplinary system for improving quality of life and athletic performance that brings together years of research and expertise from leading authorities in all major medical specialties. He works with and advises some of the biggest college athletic departments and sports team, and consults with top individual athletes across many sports, including several who competed in the 2016 Rio Olympics and the Florida Special Olympics. In addition, Dr. Merritt is featured in Brian Mackenzie and Andy Galpin’s book Unplugged. 

Phil White is an Emmy-nominated writer and the co-author of Unplugged with Dr. Andy Galpin and Brian Mackenzie, Flight Plan with Dr. Kelly Starrett and Game Changer with Fergus Connolly. He is also a frequent contributor to The Inertia, SUP the Mag and Canoe and Kayak.
