Having worked overseas and developed myself to management level in the travel industry where I developed teams and managed the business activities, I came back to the UK to study and work in education. I have been delivering business lectures and also assessing level five learning programmes in leadership to management in local authorities, private businesses and the third sector organisations. Whilst delivering lectures on business, leadership and management, I wanted to produce my own theories and how community building within organisations is the future of work. I developed my own CPD workshop and have spent the end of 2016 delivering the programme to candidates in the UK and overseas. I am educated to Master's level and I also have an assessors certificate.
