These initial steps are very fundamental to the establishing of the seed that has been planted in the hearts of these Christians. Evangelism teams and persons doing personal evangelism would find this an invaluable tool in directing the attention of counsellors and to enable uniformity in approach. In the final analysis one could determine fairly accurately where a new Christian is in his/her development.
