Synopsis

Compassionate Bree brings friendship to Lori. Ashamed and lonely, Lori transforms her interest in high school and her appearance with Bree’s help. Gavin meets Lori as they create a new hiking trail.

Chick-magnet Charlie likes Lori. They run with their high school cross country team. She listens to his problems as they run together. Members of their team encounter tragedy.

Charlie calls her for help. She walks into a disaster. Lori graduates. Her strong friendships guide her to becoming a happy young woman with a career goal, starting at the University of Georgia. Gavin meets Lori on campus. They walk to a nearby pub to watch a rivalry football game. Their love and caring for each other continues to carry them on.
