Finally, the evolution to 6G that is already occurring, and the impact that 6G will likely have on spectrum management in the future, is reviewed. Manner is the Director of International Alliances, WorldCom, Inc., Washington, DC and is an adjunct Professor of Law at Georgetown University Law Center in international telecommunications regulation. She received her LLM. in international law from Georgetown University Law Center, her J.D. from New York Law School and her B.A. from the State University of New York at Albany.
