Jahn Ballard is chief scientist at Management Resources, with nine real-world case studies. Jahn has invented and facilitated management operating system upgrades for dozens of enterprises (www.mosupgrade.com). A Technology of Participation (ToP) facilitator and trainer since 1987, since 1997, he has delivered Executive Finance for Operating Leaders to 1000 CFOs, controllers & CPAs. His mission is creating enterprising environments in which everyone gives their gifts. He knows whole-hearted unanimity gets straight to the heart of matters and can evaporate unnecessary human conflict.

Andrew Bargerstock, MBA, CPA, PhD, is a consultant and profes-sor in accounting, lean management, and business strategy. He is director of MBA programs and chair of the accounting department at Maharishi University of Management in Fairfield, IA and adjunct MBA faculty with Norwich University in Vermont. His professional career spans auditing, entrepreneurship, and corporate manage-ment. He is a certified lean management facilitator and two-time winner of the Lean Enterprise Institute's "Excellence in Lean Ac-counting Professor" award.
