Glenda D. Quinto was born in London and grew up in Colombia. After studying at Dover College in Kent, England, she gained extensive experience in personal growth and development. Her clinical interests include family dynamics management, drug addiction, codependency, and bipolar disorder.
Passionate about helping people unlock a deeper understanding of their own emotions, Quinto wrote Emotions Simplified: A Practical Self-Help Workbook as a handbook for those who wish to explore their full potential.
She currently lives in Sarasota, Florida, with her family.
