Inés Galiano Torres was born in Murcia, Spain. She studied Translation and Interpreting (English and French into Spanish), and lived in Trieste, Italy, for a year. She is currently living in Tennessee and studying for a Masters in Communication.

She is a writer, and has three books published in Amazon CreateSpace. She is also a professional translator, editor and proofreader working in the LCRC at ETSU with the bilingual newspaper 'El nuevo Tennessean'.
