Author, journalist, and documentary producer Daniel Hopsicker has been practicing the lost art of investigative reporting for more than a decade, in books, documentaries, and on his www.madcowprod.com, awarded the Liberty Internet Award for " doing what highly-paid reporters in the corporate media should be doing-- but aren' t." He is the author of " Barry & the ' boys' The CIA, the Mob, and America's Secret History (MadCowPress, Eugene, Or. 2001); And " Welcome to TERRORLAND: " Mohamed Atta and the 9/11 Cover-up in Florida (MadCowPress Eugene OR 2004). His latest documentary, " The NEW American DrugLords," is the sixth in his " America's Secret History" series. Hopsicker was a business news producer in Los Angeles when he became interested in why author and journalist Gary Webb had been run out of the business after his book, Dark Alliance, ' first came out. He has since discovered and produced investigative journalism on the drug trade and other taboo subjects in America today, especially election fraud.
