About the Author: Ruchita Shah, PR by profession, MBA by degree, Lactation Specialist by profession and Mother by heart. She has donned many hats in her professional as well as personal life. Swaying between different professions while being constant as a breastfeeding mum. She became a mum quite early in her life which is why she had almost no experience or guidance on breastfeeding which is what encouraged her to learn and spread knowledge on breastfeeding who are looking for help and guidance.

She wishes to be a friend and confidante to the mothers who need help and a lot of encouragement. Let us hold hands and promise to encourage breastfeeding and make this world a better place for our little ones to live in.
