Legal Considerations Applying to Consumer Decision Making and Purchase Behavior—Part 1 by Jacob Jacoby explores the intersection of law and consumer behavior, offering a detailed examination of how legal frameworks influence consumer decisions. In this first part of the series, Jacoby investigates the legal issues that shape purchasing choices, such as consumer protection laws, deceptive advertising, and the regulation of product claims.
