Dr. Tracy Christopherson is a coach, consultant, and respiratory therapist who earned a PhD in interprofessional healthcare studies from Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science. Through her role as co-founder of MissingLogic(R) and co-host of top healthcare leadership podcast, Healthcare's MissingLogic. Tracy has helped thousands of individuals and leaders leverage Polarity Intelligence in their quest to create healthy, healing, collaborative work cultures and environments. She is a frequent speaker at national and international leadership conferences on the topics of Polarity Intelligence, Work-Life Balance, and Healthy Work Environments. Tracy resides in Northern Michigan with her husband, Jerry.



Michelle Troseth is a nurse, recognized global thought leader, the past president of the National Academies of Practice, and a fellow in the American Academy of Nursing. Michelle has a Master of Science in Nursing from Grand Valley State University where she studied nurse-physician relationships and nurse satisfaction and is recognized as a distinguished alumna. She is the co-founder of MissingLogic(R) which aims to bring Polarity Intelligence--the "missing logic" in leadership--to leaders and organizations, and co-host of Healthcare's MissingLogic, a podcast that inspires leaders and their teams to perform at their highest level, feel aligned with their purpose, and deliver the highest quality of care. Michelle lives with her husband, Kevin, in West Michigan.
